Product Description Kims heart is quickly captured by the new boy eric who soon becomes her boyfriend. Unknown to kim her best friend and sidekick ron has developed stronger feelings toward her. Studio: Buena Vista Home Video Release Date: 05/10/2005 Run time: 71 minutes
Amazon.com Opening with a Bond-style action sequence, the 2005 Disney Channel Original Movie Kim Possible: So the Drama finds our heroine attempting to foil Drakken's most insidious plot yet. What can he possibly want with robots from Nakasumi Toys (the company from the series' first episode, "Crush"), Dr. Possible's cybertronic technology, creepy syntho-drones, and the latest teen fads? Kim's used to fighting Drakken; the bigger problem is finding a date to the prom, or--worse--going with Ron, who's so not that kind of friend. Enter the new guy in school, Eric, who's cute enough to inspire cootie alerts. But that means no more hanging out with Ron, who's also having major issues with Bueno Nacho's new management. Hang-ups aside, the two friends will have to figure out a way to save the world one more time, leading to the debut of a spankin'-new outfit and a surprise ending. So the Drama marks the end of Disney's Kim Possible series. For its cool adventures, its nifty gadgets, its hip wit, and a teen heroine that appeals to both youngsters and oldsters, it will be missed. --David Horiuchi

Kim does it again! September 27, 2008 J. M. Decker Disney actually found a winner with Kim Possible, and the KP Movie, "So the Drama" is the would-be ending to the series (thankfully, a fourth season was animated later). The storyline is again entertaining as Kim's junior year comes to a close and Dr. Drakken has his greatest evil scheme yet. The DVD claims to be an "Extended Edition" which could also be known as "Disney's Gimmick"; there's hardly a difference in this movie compared to the one released on the Disney Channel when it first aired. The DVD does include a bonus episode, "Gorilla Fist", as well as other extras. KP fans everywhere can rejoice for a great DVD release... and continue to wait for the true series finale, "Graduation" to come on DVD (hopefully on a season set, if Disney decides to ever release them).
A very good movie March 18, 2007 Gerald Baker (Burlington Twp, NJ USA) I am a Kim Possible fan and this movie is very good. Originally this was the end of the series wrapping up all the loose ends. Now the series has been renewed recently with new episodes and I believe the popularity of this film helped make it so.
Spunky and fun January 9, 2007 Emily J. Taylor (Utah) The fact of the matter is that you really ought to be a KP fan before viewing this movie. Otherwise, you will simply not be able to appreciate it. Honestly, a cold-harded anti-fan could probably critique this movie into oblivion.
But who cares? The animated series was a perky, upbeat hit with some hysterical clever writing, wit, and allusion, and this movie does not fall far from that category.
What does this movie have? Action? Oh, yes! Dazzling battle sequence beyond what the series had (amazing what fun you can have with a little CGI input). Kim also has a little power suit to help the fun. The movie takes her classic Kim-fightning-ness and raises it to the level of an exciting movie--there was an effort to take this beyond the series level!
Then we have the teen angst. Gotta have that. Kim's appeal comes from that quirky combination of a super-talented hero and an average school girl suffering from the adolescent section of life.
Next thing we know, an action/comedy is turning into a veritable chick flick. Which is not surprising... the series and the movie made sure that the process was realisitic, much to the joy of five college students in my apartment.
This DVD, while not at the level of some theatrical Oscar-award winning special addition, is quite respectable in itself, with all the classic DVD extras, such as deleted scenes, some music--and an extra episode.
Kim Possible fans will not be dissappointed.
Dramatic! June 24, 2006 Brian Moore 4 out of 13 found this review helpful
"Kim Possible" may be the most important American film ever made, at least if you're a father like me with every-other-weekend custody. Once you slap it into the DVD, you've got 71 minutes and counting to cyber-stalk the ex. Try doing that with "Birth of a Nation."
Kim Possible: so the drama is SO the drama!!! June 7, 2006 Daniel H. Marin 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
Best show ever! The movie was, as you may or may ot konw, intended to be the grand ending of KP. Luckily disney has announced that new episodes will be released. Anyway, the movie totally rocks. If your a KP fan its a must have. Some people might not like it but they're just dumb and stupid. Be sure to order this right now!
